Trying to reduce opportunities for bias

We’d like to be able to longlist job applicants just on the basis of CV and cover letter, both of which are easily anoymised.  But our online application system would reveal identities anyway.  So we’ve asked HR to try to get the system to changed in order to allow us to avoid bias based on social identities at this stage of the process.
